Research Interests:
Real-time imaging systems, microwave and millimeter wave RF circuits, microwave and millimeter wave instrumentation and measurements, and antenna design. 

Mohammad Tayeb Ghasr received the B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
(Magna Cum Laude) from the American University of Sharjah (AUS), Sharjah, UAE in
2002. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering degrees from Missouri
University of Science and Technology, Missouri S&T (formerly, University of MissouriRolla, UMR), Rolla, MO, USA in 2004 and 2009 respectively. His research interests include microwave and millimeter wave RF circuits, microwave and millimeter wave instrumentation and measurements, design of real-time imaging systems, antenna design, and numerical electromagnetic tools. He has to his credit more than 20 technical publications (journal articles, conference proceedings, and technical reports) in his area of expertise in addition to 2 US patents and 2 US patent applications. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and member of IEEE Societies: Microwave Theory and Techniques, Antennas and Propagation, Instrumentation and Measurements. He was the recipient of the second place student poster competition in the 31st QNDE conference Golden, CO, 2004, and the first prize of the IEEE IAS 2002 Myron Zucker student design contest. He also serves as a reviewer for the IEEE Transaction on Instrumentation and Measurement.
